RESPONSIBILITIES:

Developing
work breakdown structure (WBS) align with Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS),
schedule coding structure, planning section of PPM and standardization of
schedules to facilitate integration of schedules in a multi-contract
environment.
·
Establishing
and implementing
procedures for baseline schedule, monitoring progress and variances.
·
Building
and establishing automated tracking tools for Earned Value Management System
aligned with Project Management and client requirements utilizing Excel and
VBA.
·
Recommending
improvements in systems, tools, and methods of project controls and project
management.
·
Leading
and developing the EPC Project Level 3 Schedule from scratch in P6 and
establish it as baseline schedule of the project.
·
Providing
procedures for construction schedule including all construction work
packages.
·
Developing
integrated constructions schedule and managing both program and project level
schedules of varying complexity. Provide analysis of project schedules for
logic defects, duration issues, and non-compliance with contract requirements
in writing
·
Evaluating
and determining accurate, effective, operational viability of schedule data
to yield predictive analysis results regarding critical path analysis,
project estimates at completion, quantifiable schedule risk assessments using
automated modeling and simulation techniques.
·
Supervising
and working with scheduling staffs to develop, manage, revise, and update
integrated detailed project schedules including all phases of project
execution.
· Establishing and sustaining
constant communication with senior management by providing reports and
evaluation on project status and progress on a weekly/monthly basis;
strategically analyze, identify, and troubleshoot schedule and project
progress issues.

Utilizing
in-depth knowledge in spreadsheet, word processing, Access, and other
applications to
efficiently perform assigned tasks, such as job order processing and data
entry.

Preparing
monthly and on demand progress report and progress curves to demonstrate and
analyze deviations and potential risks and also preparing input to project
review meetings.
·
Developing
and managing MOC process and procedures to track the project and schedule
changes.
·
Attending
as a key member of the project team in technical and contractual meetings and
associating in clients’, contractors’ and project managers’ interfaces.
